Directions for Use

Flexographic or Letterpress

1. Make sure that the surface to be coated is clean and
    contaminant free.

2. Apply a thin film to surface using an anilox roller. Film thickness
depends on users requirements and substrate.

3. Films should be treated or top coated.

Successful use of this product will vary depending on the available power of the UV light, the speed of the press, the distance between the UV light and the foil/substrate contact point, and the condition and hardness of the nip roller.

Processing Techniques

1. Coated or filled stock is recommended to prevent soaking in.

2. Films should be pre-treated or top coated.

3. Press speeds of between 150 and 300 fpm are recommended.

4. Use as sharp an angle as possible when lifting the foil away
from the substrate to maintain sharp lines on your image.
